Since 2006, 4 goals for managers have been introduced in the incentive system regarding leadership responsibilities, assessment and management of merit, and enhancement of human resources. These objectives relate to the so-called “intangible” components inherent in the processes of value creation and sustainable growth and that are now considered a distinguishing factor in the competitive environment even for promoting sustainable financial results.
